my.koylab platform, new products available!
From August, Koy Lab will be adding more products on the new platform, designed to make the ordering process faster, easier and more intuitive.
We are committed to making your experience more enjoyable and efficient. Take advantage of the new my.koylab platform and enjoy the ease of ordering our products.
During the transition, both platforms will coexist temporarily. Until the transition is completed, you can place orders on whichever platform you wish. However, it is important to emphasise that all new features will be available exclusively on the new ordering platform.
Throughout this transition, you can group ship orders placed on both platforms.
Since the process will be done manually, the request for group shipping must be mentioned in the comments section of all orders.
The group shipping will only be done between shopping carts submitted on the same date.
Requests for grouping of shopping carts with different dates will not be accepted.
What will change with the new platform:
- We’ve reorganised the Album and Packs’ collections;
- We’ve introduced new combinations of materials in the Boxes;
- We’ve created new options for the Boxes’ interior personalisations;
- We’ve changed the payment method and process.
