We have entered the final phase of transition to the new ordering platform.
We have worked hard to ensure this change has been as smooth and beneficial as possible for all our customers. In this article, we will provide all important information for you to continue ordering your favorite products smoothly.

1. Most Products Available on the New Platform
   The vast majority of our products are already available for order on the new platform. Using the new platform to make your orders is an important step towards its adaptation.
2. Second phase transition
   From 25 September 2023 onwards, the following products will only be available to order in the new platform:
   • Albums
   • Pack Albums
   • Pack Books
   • Books
   • Boxes
   • Accessories
3. Important: Projects Initiated on the Old Platform
   Projects initiated on the old platform will not be transferred to the new platform.
   Therefore, we strongly recommend you to place your order in the old platform by September 25, 2023. Otherwise these projects will be lost. They will not migrate to the new platform.
5. Other Products Coming Soon on the New Platform
   Print Boxes and Prints & Mats, will be available on the new platform from October 10, 2023. The transition to the new platform will be complete then.
6. The New Platform Will Be fully functional
   We are working towards a fully functional new platform from 10.10.2023. This means you will enjoy all its features and have an even better ordering experience.
